Can I join as a complete beginner?
Yes! Beginner covers posture, weight shifts, walks, balance, and heels basics, with clear, step-by-step instruction.
Beginner or Intermediate?
Choose Beginner if you’re new to heels or want stronger foundations. Intermediate is for dancers with heels experience who are ready for more challenging choreography, rehearsing and refining a final performance, and working toward a big group final video.
Unsure? Message me before booking.
Do I need heels? Which ones?
Choose secure, well-fitting dance heels at a height you can control. You can train without heels, but developing balance, walks, and confidence in them takes practice wearing them.

What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable clothes you love seeing yourself in—it can help you feel confident and move more freely. Bring water, dance shoes, and knee pads.

Do I need to be flexible or fit?
No splits or prior training required for Beginner. We develop coordination, balance, and control together. If you have an injury or health restriction, consult your doctor and let me know before booking.
What if I feel shy or nervous?
Everyone starts somewhere, and it’s completely okay to feel shy or nervous. You don’t need to arrive feeling confident or knowing what to do. Come as you are—I’d love to gently guide you into the world of dance, one step at a time. We’ll learn at your pace, with care, encouragement, and no comparisons.
How big are the groups?
I keep groups small—just 12–15 women—so I can give each of you personal attention and find the approach that helps you grow. You won’t get lost in the crowd. I want you to feel supported, seen, and free to shine like the star you are.
What if I miss a class?
Missed classes aren’t refunded, credited, rescheduled, or replaced with private lessons. Let me know beforehand and ask what you can review independently. Class recordings aren’t guaranteed.
Can I drop in or book a few classes?
Courses are sold as complete programs. No drop-ins or partial bookings unless specifically offered.
Is the final shoot included or optional?
The final video shoot is a complimentary course bonus. Check the address—it often takes place at a different studio. You can skip the shoot; just let me know in advance. The course price stays the same.
Will you share my photos or videos?
Class and shoot footage may be used on my website, social media, in advertising, and as described in the participation agreement. If you object to recording or sharing, email me before booking to discuss possible arrangements. Skipping the final shoot doesn’t exclude you from class footage.
Can I get a refund or transfer?
All sales are final. Bookings can’t be transferred to another person or course, including for illness or schedule changes. If I cancel without providing a replacement, the undelivered portion is refunded. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
